As a user experience design expert with the Global Design team at SAP I contribute to shaping and evolving SAPs Design Language, Fiori. As part of my work I am defining various concepts and patents in the area of Fiori 2.0 - evolution of Fiori and future looking concepts such as Conversational UI, Intelligent Assistant, Machine Learning and Situation Awareness. In all I do, I seek to put the user and customers in the center of my work.

My strong background in tool design, web design, visual design and information technology, enables me to speak the language of design as well as of the development teams we work with. That makes negotiations and roadmap definition easier and allows me to regularly work on strategic topics.With my experience in not only creating visions, but also bring them to live and put them in a format that allows to sell them inside and outside of our company, I often prepare board and key note presentations (ppts, movies, interactive prototypes) for Senior Mgt and the Board Areas.

Besides all that I like sharing my expertise and enjoy supporting and guiding junior and senior colleagues, help them grow and be sucessful. In my professional live (as a member of the team that won the first Red Dot award for SAP in the design concept area) as well as my private life (as a team captain in the highest German American Football league) I often could proof that I am a strong team player and natural go-to person for my team mates, they love to work with and learn from.
